Delete your data

Three routes, all of which work. Each one removes your email address, your devices, your connection records and your usage history from Xairo.

From your account

Open xairoapp.com/account and press Delete account. Everything is removed in the same request and you get a confirmation code you can check on this site. This is the fastest route and the one we recommend.

From Facebook, Instagram or Threads

Open Settings, then Apps and Websites (Business Integrations on Facebook), find Xairo and remove it. Meta then calls our deletion endpoint automatically. We drop every connection tied to that Meta account and record the request. Meta shows you the confirmation code and a link back here so you can check the status.

By email

Write to privacy@xairoapp.com from the address on the account. We will confirm and complete it within 30 days, usually the same day.

What deletion does not do

• It does not remove posts you already published. Those belong to the networks; delete them there.
• It does not clear the tokens on your own machine, because we cannot reach them. Sign out of the desktop app, which removes them from your keychain, and revoke Xairo in each network's connected-apps settings if you want to be thorough.
• It does not delete billing records held by Polar, our merchant of record, which tax law requires us to keep.
