Terms of Service
Last updated September 14, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and JahkRCode, the operator of Xairo, covering the desktop application and the services at xairoapp.com and api.xairoapp.com. Using Xairo means you accept them.
1. What Xairo does
Xairo is a desktop application that publishes content you write to social networks you connect, and a small hosted service that handles your account, the sign-in with each network, your plan and your usage allowance. Publishing happens on your computer. We are not a party to anything you post.
2. Your account
You need a working email address and you must be at least 16. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything published by a device you have signed in. Sign out any device you no longer control from your account.
3. Your content is yours
We claim no rights over anything you write, upload or publish. We never receive it. You are responsible for having the right to publish it and for complying with the rules of every network you publish to.
4. The networks make their own rules
Each network decides what may be published, how often, and by whom. Those rules change without notice and are outside our control. We publish what each network currently allows at xairoapp.com/docs/limits and surface the limits in the app, but we cannot promise a network will accept any particular post, keep your access, or keep its API working. A network suspending your account, changing its terms, or withdrawing its API is not a failure of Xairo and does not entitle you to a refund beyond section 7.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Xairo to:
- publish content that is unlawful where you or your audience are;
- send spam, run engagement farms, or operate accounts in ways the network prohibits;
- publish on behalf of someone who has not authorised you;
- work around a network's rate limits, a plan limit, or the credit meter;
- resell, sublicense or white-label Xairo without a written agreement;
- probe, scrape or attack the service, or use it to attack anyone else.
We may suspend an account that does any of these, and we will tell you why. Security research is welcome; report it to security@xairoapp.com rather than testing against other people's accounts.
6. Plans, credits and limits
Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. One credit is one ordinary publish; a few networks are weighted higher because they cost us money per call or grant a shared quota. The current weights are published at xairoapp.com/docs/limits and served by the API, which is what the app reads. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Credits held by a publish that fails are returned to you.
We may change weights when a network changes its pricing or its quota. If a change reduces what your plan buys, we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect and you may cancel for a pro-rated refund of the unused period.
7. Payment, trials and refunds
New accounts get seven days without a card. After that Xairo is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Polar, which is our merchant of record: Polar sells you the subscription, charges your card and is responsible for sales tax and VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
If Xairo does not do what this page says it does, write to us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it. We will also refund a period during which the hosted service was unusable for more than 24 consecutive hours. Otherwise fees are not refundable.
8. Availability
We aim for the hosted service to be available, but we do not promise a specific uptime. The desktop app is built to keep publishing from its cached allowance for up to 24 hours when the service is unreachable, so an outage here should not stop your posts. Current status is at xairoapp.com/status.
9. Changes to Xairo
We will keep improving the app and the service. If we remove a feature you are paying for, or drop support for a network, we will email you at least 30 days beforehand and refund the unused part of your period if you would rather leave.
10. Ending the agreement
You may stop at any time by deleting your account, which removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may end it if you break section 5, if payment fails after we have asked you to fix it, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will give 30 days' notice and refund the unused period.
11. Warranties and liability
Xairo is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost audience, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss.
12. Indemnity
You will cover us for claims brought by a third party that arise from content you published through Xairo or from your breach of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer somewhere that gives you the right to sue locally, this does not take that away.
14. Changes to these terms
We will email every account before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use Xairo after that date means you accept the new version.
